Clothing and equipment from concept to finished product

Bjarne Johnsen AS manages the full product development process for clothing and outdoor equipment. We take ownership of the project from the start: defining needs, finding the right producer in our international network, following up the development process, and ensuring quality control before delivery.

Specialty products made to a customer's specification are delivered directly to the customer's warehouse. We coordinate communication between customer and producer, manage the timeline, and handle import, customs clearance, and final delivery.

We have years of experience developing private label clothing and branded outdoor products for Norwegian customers, and understand the requirements for quality, function, and compliance with Norwegian and EU product standards.

For products we carry in stock - primarily seasonal outdoor items and standard workwear lines - we maintain inventory at our Bergen warehouse to ensure short delivery times for repeat orders.

For large volumes or customer-specific products, we can arrange direct shipment from the producer to the customer's warehouse, bypassing intermediate warehousing to reduce cost and delivery time.

We offer flexible arrangements suited to different customer profiles: standing orders for predictable stock requirements, or ad hoc sourcing for specific seasonal needs.
